The Fraternal Order of Police Metropolitan Labor Committee (FOP-MPD) is a police labor union that represents the 3,600 officers, detectives, and sergeants who make up the District of Columbia's Metropolitan Police Department. We are dedicated to protecting and improving the working conditions, benefits, and rights of our members. Our team works tirelessly to ensure that our members receive the best possible representation. We also work closely with policymakers to advocate for fair and just laws and policies that affect our members and the community. Through our community outreach programs, we strive to build trust and understanding between law enforcement and the community we serve.
