About FOP-MPD

The Fraternal Order of Police Metropolitan Labor Committee (FOP-MPD) represents the 3,600 officers, detectives, and sergeants who make up the District of Columbia’s Metropolitan Police Department. We are committed to protecting the rights and interests of our members, while also serving the community with professionalism and integrity. Our union provides a range of services to our members, including legal representation, collective bargaining, and advocacy for fair wages and benefits.
